The Impact of Dahlia Tropical Cyclone was Destroyed Some Vital Area in Bengkulu Province
Residents in areas across Bengkulu were being urged to stay on the alert as heavy rain and strong winds. It was because one of tropical cyclone happened in Bengkulu offshore.
This cyclone was called Dahlia Tropical Cyclone. The cyclone happened because extreme climate changing in Indian Ocean, located in Bengkulu offshore.
The cyclone was happened not only in Bengkulu offshore but also in Kepahiang and Rejang Lebong regency. The cyclone was happened for two days.
One of Rejang Lebong citizen, Mr. Imam, reported that the impact of dahlia cyclone was destroyed one of billboard in Curup City. This was because the strong winds blown heavily in Curup City.
The other report, based on two students of Merigi 1 Senior High School, said that the heavy rain and strong winds disturbed their activities.
One of the victim was Mr. and Mrs. Mukhti, the citizen of Kepahiang regency whose fishpond was destroyed by the cyclone. They said that a lot of fish released from their pond.
